Have you heard the new buzz? No, it is not gossip but the known 'buzzing' restaurant just opened their newest branch  Fisher Mall in Quezon Avenue cor Roosevelt Ave last February 16, 2014. In here you don't have to know the lyrics to win but every meal is a sure win. Well honey, it is simply because the new restaurant is King Bee Chinese Food Restaurant.

The opening and ribbon cutting was graced by Mr Bobby Del Rosario, owner of Fisher Mall, together with King Bee owners, staff, visitors, friends and guests.  The opening ceremony was followed by a King’s feast.

The King Bee Chinese Food Restaurant in Fisher Mall is the newest branch to open in a mall and it is located at the Upper Ground Floor.  This is another addition to the growing number of branches of King Bee that serves authentic Chinese cuisines to their patrons and of course to their potential customers.  The restaurant can easily be seen with its life size King Bee statue that welcomes guests and food lovers.

King Bee Chinese Food Restaurant serves that flavorful and authentic Chinese cuisine that most of us crave for, from their appetizing selection of dimsums, to their tummy filling dishes like the King Bee Fried Chicken, more with their mouthwatering soup, and to their healthy Mixed Fruit Platter.  Don't forget the flavorful noodles for long life, their different rice toppings and other cuisines.
My lunch during the opening. Yum!

I was fortunate to taste their dishes during the opening. I can really say that it really taste authentic Chinese cuisine. As you can see from my plate, I really enjoyed getting every piece of food available. I really love their noodles as it can really let you feel travelling in China. I can say this as I've been to China before and noodles are really my weakness and I'm happy to experience such taste here in Metro Manila. The sweet and sour is also remarkable. The chicken feet is a revelation to me as I never into this food. However, King Bee provided a new taste to this usual street food and it has a nice spicy kick on every bite.

I know you want to know what other food they offer and if they will fit your budget. Here's a copy of their menu for your reference. They also have a set menu that will be very fitting for large family gathering.

I can still recall as a child when it is Valentine's Day how my dad will treat my mom (including us) with a special treat from Max's. We really enjoy that simple celebration as long as we have good food.

Now, the benchmark to make Valentine's day is higher and Max's is up to the challenge with a special treat to make this day even more special by giving her sMORE. Yes, I didn't misspelled that because literally Max's will treat its customers with sweet things that come in small packages. At Max's, they come in cute, chocolate-colored tote boxes. As Valentine's Day inches closer, Max's Restaurant invites Filipinos to lavish their loved ones with a special and extraordinary treat - Max's S'mores Fudge Bars.

Filled with chewy mini marshmallows and the crisp goodness of graham crackers, Max's irresistibly rich chocolate fudge bars perfectly conclude a mouthwatering meal of Max's classic home-cooked dishes: Crispy Pata, Sinigang, Kare-Kare, and Max's world-famous, "sarap-to-the-bones" Fried Chicken.

"Max's is in the business of creating unforgettable memories for every Filipino. This Valentine's Day, we invite everybody to share their favorite Max's dishes while enjoying the company of their family and loved ones. They'll be delighted to discover that delightful S'mores Fudge Bars from Max's await them at the end of their meal. We believe that simple things and sweet gestures make the perfect Valentine's surprise for the most special people in their lives," enthused Bobby Simborio, Corporate PR and Media Manager for Max's Group of Companies.
