Truckload of FIC Ice Cream for DLSU

As I have written on my earlier post, FIC will be treating the winning school with a truck-load of ice cream. DLSU will now have more reason to celebrate as a FIC Ice Cream machine is waiting for them at their campus on Monday. Please be there early as the treat will start from 12NN - 5PM at the Miguel Walk Driveways 1 and 2. I wish I'm still studying at DLSU to experience this ice cream treat. Hope FIC will send me an ice cream as well!

The game was truly exciting up to the very end. I must commend the "animo" within DLSU players to still make a "come-from-behind" win amidst a 9-point deficit. Good job Marata! I also want to thank Ateneo for a great play. I think they will truly prepare for 2nd round when they meet DLSU again. I hope I can watch that game. :)

DLSU vs Ateneo: Winner gets a truck-load of FIC Ice Cream!

I know every La Sallian and Ateneans are very excited for the much anticipated game of DLSU and Ateneo this Saturday. UAAP season will not be complete without the rivalry between these 2 schools. Aside from the pride from winning, students should also be excited as FIC will be giving-away a truck-load of ice cream to the winning school. FIC Ice Cream machine will be available on the campus of the winning team.

CBTL Frozen Swirl Open House

The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf will be having an "open house" activity for 3 Sundays. One can enjoy a complimentary regular sized Frozen Swirl on the selected branches of CBTL every Sunday. Here's the schedule of their open house:

CATS in Manila!

The critically acclaimed broadway musical, Cats, will be staged in Manila starting this July 24 until August 15. It will be help at the Tanghalang Nicanor Abelardo, CCP. Cats is Broadway musical based on "Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats" by T.S Elliot and music from the well known Andrew Lloyd Webber. Filipino fans will can watch a matinee performance every Saturday (3:00PM) or Sunday (2:30PM) or evening performances every Tuesday to Thursday at8:00PM and on Sunday at 7:30PM. I am really excited to watch this play because our very own Lea Salonga will play the role of Grizabella and sing the trademark song of the musical, which is "Memory". I haven't seen Lea perform on stage so if ever this will be my chance. I just hope she will be the one performing when I watch the show.

Filipinos will not have to book a flight to New York or London just to witness great musical. I really hope I can watch this and this will be even better to the plays I watched in Broadway and in the West end. :)
